Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility - we can't predict or control them. We declare a reasonable value on the shipping documents, and we'll send you a photo of the invoice that goes with your parcel. If you have any specific requirement for the declaration, just tell us before we ship.

Depending on the model's track record, we may test the device before dispatch - screen, cameras, charging and sensors. We'd rather spend the extra time and catch a problem here than have you discover it after delivery. If you'd prefer we don't open it, just let us know when you order.

Yes. These devices work worldwide. When you first switch it on you simply choose your language and the whole interface is in English - there's no complicated setup. Chinese manufacturers rarely include a printed manual these days, but the setup wizard walks you through everything.

Yes. Updates come from the manufacturer over the air (OTA), the same as anywhere else - just connect to Wi-Fi and install them when they appear.

Yes. If something goes wrong, get in touch first - a lot of issues turn out to be software and are fixed with an update, and we'll go through it with you. If it's a genuine hardware fault, send the device back to us and we'll take it to the manufacturer's service centre for warranty repair.

Honestly, this almost never happens any more. In our early years we opened and tested every single device we sent out, because back then factory defects did occur - but we haven't had a device arrive faulty in many years now, so it really isn't something to worry about. In the unlikely event it did, you'd simply send it back and we'd ship you a new one. And if it turns out to be a software issue, an update usually fixes it - we'll walk you through it remotely.

Yes - as long as it hasn't shipped yet, just message us with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once a parcel is on its way it can't be cancelled, so tell us as early as you can.

Yes. Once your order ships we send you a photo of the invoice that travels with the parcel, so you know exactly what the paperwork says. An order record is also available in your account.

Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection and passwords are stored encrypted. We only use your details to process and ship your order - we don't sell or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Yes, it supports multiple languages for the UI (not just the keyboard). You can change the language in the settings, and Hebrew is available.
