Do you check the device before it ships?

Depending on the model's track record, we may test the device before dispatch - screen, cameras, charging and sensors. We'd rather spend the extra time and catch a problem here than have you discover it after delivery. If you'd prefer we don't open it, just let us know when you order.

Will it work in my country?

Yes. It works worldwide; where needed we include the correct charger or a plug adapter for your region, and the menu language can be set to English.

Is there a warranty, and what if something goes wrong?

Yes. If something goes wrong, get in touch first - a lot of issues turn out to be software and are fixed with an update, and we'll go through it with you. If it's a genuine hardware fault, send the device back to us and we'll take it to the manufacturer's service centre for warranty repair.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Honestly, this almost never happens any more. In our early years we opened and tested every single device we sent out, because back then factory defects did occur - but we haven't had a device arrive faulty in many years now, so it really isn't something to worry about. In the unlikely event it did, you'd simply send it back and we'd ship you a new one. And if it turns out to be a software issue, an update usually fixes it - we'll walk you through it remotely.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes - as long as it hasn't shipped yet, just message us with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once a parcel is on its way it can't be cancelled, so tell us as early as you can.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Once your order ships we send you a photo of the invoice that travels with the parcel, so you know exactly what the paperwork says. An order record is also available in your account.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection and passwords are stored encrypted. We only use your details to process and ship your order - we don't sell or pass them to anyone for marketing.

vivo announced the WATCH 6 with three confirmed details: a sapphire glass lens, an ultra-thin and lightweight case, and advanced running guidance. vivo's own wording describes it as "sapphire glass bringing a premium feel to the wrist, with a slim body carrying advanced running and cycling capability" — positioning this generation around endurance sport rather than general fitness tracking. The watch runs vivo's own BlueOS.

A meaningful upgrade for a watch at this price

Sapphire is second only to diamond in hardness, which means the lens resists the scratches that mineral glass picks up from door frames, gym equipment and desks. It is normally reserved for considerably more expensive watches, and it is the headline material change for this generation.

eSIM Reported

An eSIM version has reportedly passed certification

Reports indicate a vivo WATCH 6 eSIM variant has cleared regulatory certification with a 5W charger, supporting standalone cellular communication so the watch can make calls without a phone nearby. The previous generation offered both Bluetooth and eSIM versions. vivo has not confirmed the line-up.

It launches alongside the X500 series, so expect tight ecosystem integration with vivo phones. vivo releases in China first and wearables often do not reach other markets at all.
