Questions & Answers
Q
Where can I buy the LeTV Super SmartPhone Le Max 6.33-Inch 2K Cell Phone?
Store answer
You can buy the LeTV Super SmartPhone Le Max 6.33-Inch 2K Cell Phone right here at liaow. We ship worldwide, so you can order it online and have it delivered to your door with full tracking.
Q
Does the LeTV Super SmartPhone Le Max 6.33-Inch 2K Cell Phone ship to my country?
Store answer
Yes. We ship the LeTV Super SmartPhone Le Max 6.33-Inch 2K Cell Phone worldwide to the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and 150+ countries, via DHL, FedEx or UPS with full tracking.
Q
Does it come with Google and the Google Play Store?
Store answer
Yes. Google Mobile Services (GMS) come pre-installed from the factory, so Google's core services are already on the device. Adding the Google Play Store is quick and easy to do yourself once it arrives - no technical steps needed. The device is unlocked.
Q
How long does shipping take?
Store answer
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery by DHL / FedEx / UPS then takes about 5–10 business days depending on your country, and every order is fully tracked - you'll get the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Q
Is it brand new and authentic?
Store answer
Yes. Every item is 100% brand new and authentic - never refurbished.
Q
Do I have to pay customs duties or import tax?
Store answer
Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility - we can't predict or control them. We declare a reasonable value on the shipping documents, and we'll send you a photo of the invoice that goes with your parcel. If you have any specific requirement for the declaration, just tell us before we ship.
Q
Do you check the device before it ships?
Store answer
Depending on the model's track record, we may test the device before dispatch - screen, cameras, charging and sensors. We'd rather spend the extra time and catch a problem here than have you discover it after delivery. If you'd prefer we don't open it, just let us know when you order.
Q
Will it work on my carrier / network?
Store answer
These are unlocked devices that work worldwide on GSM networks. Check the supported bands in the Specifications section above to confirm compatibility with your carrier.
Q
Will it work outside China, and is it in English?
Store answer
Yes. These devices work worldwide. When you first switch it on you simply choose your language and the whole interface is in English - there's no complicated setup. Chinese manufacturers rarely include a printed manual these days, but the setup wizard walks you through everything.
Q
Will I still get software updates?
Store answer
Yes. Updates come from the manufacturer over the air (OTA), the same as anywhere else - just connect to Wi-Fi and install them when they appear.
Q
Is there a warranty, and what if something goes wrong?
Store answer
Yes. If something goes wrong, get in touch first - a lot of issues turn out to be software and are fixed with an update, and we'll go through it with you. If it's a genuine hardware fault, send the device back to us and we'll take it to the manufacturer's service centre for warranty repair.
Q
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Store answer
Honestly, this almost never happens any more. In our early years we opened and tested every single device we sent out, because back then factory defects did occur - but we haven't had a device arrive faulty in many years now, so it really isn't something to worry about. In the unlikely event it did, you'd simply send it back and we'd ship you a new one. And if it turns out to be a software issue, an update usually fixes it - we'll walk you through it remotely.
Q
Can I cancel my order?
Store answer
Yes - as long as it hasn't shipped yet, just message us with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once a parcel is on its way it can't be cancelled, so tell us as early as you can.
Q
Will I get an invoice?
Store answer
Yes. Once your order ships we send you a photo of the invoice that travels with the parcel, so you know exactly what the paperwork says. An order record is also available in your account.
Q
Is my personal information safe?
Store answer
Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection and passwords are stored encrypted. We only use your details to process and ship your order - we don't sell or pass them to anyone for marketing.
